Looking for the perfect venue for your next event? Whether you’re planning a corporate meeting, community gathering, athletic event, or special celebration, Williston State College Conference Services offers flexible and affordable rental spaces tailored to your needs.


For prices and details please review the Conference Services Facility Use Agreement.

Our facilities accommodate a wide range of events, from intimate meetings to large conferences. Choose the ideal space for your event:

Large Event Spaces

  • The Well – Up to 2,000 guests

    • $2,000/day | $1,500/day for nonprofits
    • Versatile space ideal for conferences, banquets, or sporting events.

  • Skadeland Gym – Up to 300 guests

    • $1,500/day | $1,000/day for nonprofits
    • Great for athletic events and large presentations.

  • Front Lawn – Outdoor venue with unlimited capacity

    • $1,000/day | $500/day for nonprofits
    • Perfect for festivals, ceremonies, and open-air gatherings.
  Meeting & Lounge Spaces
  • Frontier Hall Livdahl Lounge (50 guests) – $300/day | $150/day for nonprofits
  • Frontier Hall Ready Room (30 guests) – $300/day | $150/day for nonprofits
  • Teton Lounge (75 guests) – $300/day | $150/day for nonprofits
  • Alumni Room (20 guests) – $300/day | $150/day for nonprofits
  • Classrooms (30 guests) – $75/day | $25/day for nonprofits
  • Teton Grill Meeting Room (25 guests) – $75/day | $25/day for nonprofits
  • Science Wing Lounge (30 guests) – $75/day | $25/day for nonprofits

Amenities & Equipment Rentals

Enhance your event with additional rental options:

  • Tables: $5 each (8ft, 6ft, round, and plastic options available)
  • Chairs: $1 each (various styles available)
  • Stage Rental (32’Wx64’L full stage): $25 per section ($200 full stage)
  • Podium Rental: $10
  • Pipe & Drape Backdrop (Black): $10
  • Screens, Projector, and Computer Setup: $150

Additional Services

To ensure a seamless experience, we offer on-site staff support:

  • Event Coordination, Janitorial, IT Tech Assistance:
    • $30/hour per staff member (8 AM – 4 PM)
    • $40/hour per staff member (After 4 PM & weekends)
  • Security Services: $35/hour per staff member (required for certain events)
  • Catering Services: Williston State College partners with Aladdin Catering to provide food and beverage services.
    • A 10-day notice is required for catering orders.
    • If outside catering is preferred, it must be pre-approved by Conference Services.

Policies & Guidelines
  • Alcohol & Tobacco-Free Campus: Alcohol service is only allowed with a pre-approved Alcohol Permit Application.
  • Decoration Restrictions: No adhesives, nails, confetti, glitter, or open flames allowed.
  • Liability & Insurance: Proof of insurance may be required for certain events.
  • Booking & Cancellations: A 10-day notice is required for cancellations, or fees may apply.
